Booths will each have pipe and drape dividing spaces. Booth services such as electricity (one drop per standard booth), tables and linens, two chairs per booth are included. Any extra needs you may have (Electronics, Monitors, etc) can be coordinated through the Expo Coordinator. Menu of items that can be added on to your booth is available. The exhibitor kit will be mailed, e-mailed and posted online approximately eight weeks prior to the program date.

After a refreshment break the guests are broken down into groups and the round-robin begins with hands-on rotations. This takes place from 2:00-9:30 pm. The round-robin phase allows our guests to realize the effectiveness of our partners’ products for optimization of human performance.
The Expo is a fast-paced, intense event that requires rehearsals and F2F discussions and close coordination. Safety is paramount. The demonstration rehearsals are on Monday and Tuesday with individual rehearsals as needed depending on the complexity of each partners’ product(s) application. A detailed Operational Schedule is being prepared to command and control the demonstration to include ground and airspace management (helos, STOL aircraft, drones), movement of assault forces, targetry, videography, live-fire actions, and administrative / logistical support.
Logistics drives the success of this Expo. New construction has been accomplished at the OTF and is still in progress to support not only this Expo but training opportunities as we move into the fall season. Our Team will support our partners needs on-site, and provide coordination assistance in the OTF area for your deployment to and from the Expo site, lodging, transport, fuel, etc.
Marketing opportunities provide extensive ROI as a participant for your products and services at this Expo from your static display, hands-on rotation and your role in the joint demonstration. We stand by to discuss how best to integrate your capabilities during the Expo and will need to conduct this coordination ASAP. This is a Team event highlighting individual companies.
